Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent relevant qualification.

Preferred Languages: Tamil and English (Hindi preferred)

Job Summary

Electro Engineering is looking for a responsible and organised Store In-Charge to manage inventory, material receipts and issues, stock verification, and store records. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials, and coordinating with the purchase and production teams for the timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Maintain optimum stock levels and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Material Receipt and Issue: Receive, inspect, verify, and issue materials against approved documents and procedures.
- Stock Verification: Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with stock records.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of stock,



inward and outward movements, and material transactions.
- Production Coordination: Coordinate with production and purchase teams to ensure timely material availability and uninterrupted operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in stores, inventory management, or material handling, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Knowledge of stock maintenance, material inward and outward processes, and physical stock verification.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory or ERP software.
- Good organisational, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with internal departments.
