- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Lead the development and implementation of architectural frameworks that support business goals and technical standards.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations management principles.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective architectural strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration techniques relevant to IT operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
