This will be a dual responsibility role. The person will be responsible for managing the centre's day to day operations while also taking primary ownership of sales, particularly birthday parties and events.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the play centre.

Supervise staff, duty allocation, attendence and service standards.

Ensure the centre is clean, organised,adequately stocked and ready for customers.

Maintain a consistently high quality guest and play experience

Handle customer enquires walk ins and client relationships.

Respond promptly to birthday and event leads.

Conduct centre tours and explain party packages.

Followup consistenly with propective clients and covert enquires into confirmed bookings.





Recommend packages,upgrades and add ons according to the client's requirements.

Coordinate with the operations and event teams after a party is confirmed.

Maintain an accurate sales tracker covering enquires followups bookings payments and lost leads.

Collect client feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Take ownerhsip of monthly party revenue targets.

Be avaliable on weekends, as these are the centre's most important operational and event days.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
