Senior Civil & Structural Engineer (Team Lead): Senior Civil & Structural Engineer with 8 to 20 years of experience to lead and manage our Civil & Structural Engineering division. This role is ideal for professionals with strong exposure to industrial structures, including material handling systems, transfer towers, galleries, bunkers, silos, equipment foundations, pipe racks, industrial buildings, and heavy plant structures in cement, steel, pellet plant, and power projects. The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, design review, project execution, team handling, client coordination, and quality control. The role includes reviewing design calculations, STAAD/FEM models, structural GAs, and fabrication drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes such as IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 9178, and other applicable standards.



The selected candidate should also be capable of managing a team of 20–30 engineers and designers, coordinating with clients and vendors, and driving engineering quality and timely project delivery. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is essential, while higher qualifications and consultancy/EPC experience will be an added advantage. Salary range: ₹12 – ₹25 LPA, depending on experience and competency. Retired professionals up to 65 years of age with relevant industrial experience are also encouraged to apply.
