Hiring: Academic Counsellor / Education Sales Executive

Courze1on1 is looking for a motivated and target-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team in Tharamani, Chennai.

Responsibilities:

- Handle prospective student enquiries and follow up with leads.
- Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Recommend suitable courses based on candidates' needs.
- Convert leads into paid admissions and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain lead records and build solid customer relationships.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of sales experience; EdTech or course sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales.

Location: Tharamani, Chennai
Working Hours: 10:30 AM–7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
