We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team at DataCorp Engineering Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising. Candidates with hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation will be preferred.

Freshers with relevant skills and a strong interest in digital marketing are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage company social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
- Perform basic SEO activities to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate leads through digital marketing activities.
- Create engaging content, including social media posts, captions, and promotional materials.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities,



and new marketing strategies.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of SEO and search engine optimization techniques.
- Understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram advertising).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of social media management and content calendar planning.
- Ability to monitor campaign performance and analyze marketing data.
- Basic knowledge of creative development tools such as Canva is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Freshers with relevant skills and practical knowledge may also apply.
- Candidates from Chennai, Coimbatore, and Erode are preferred.
- Willingness to work at our office in Thindal, Erode.
