Experience

- 8+ years of experience in enterprise Microsoft infrastructure administration and engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.
- Proven experience managing Microsoft Active Directory.
- 4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure services.
- Experience with GCP & AWS Cloud platforms is an added benefit
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
- Experience with enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.

Technical Skills

We are looking for candidates with experience in several of the following areas:

- Windows Server administration and engineering
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID administration
- Microsoft PKI Services
- Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services
- Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware)
- Core infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, and NPS
- PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Exposure to configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible
- Linux system administration
- Enterprise monitoring, alerting, and observability platforms
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services
- Storage technologies and infrastructure management
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex infrastructure issues

Additional Technical Knowledge





Experience or exposure in the following areas is considered a strong advantage:

- Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins
- Bare-metal server administration (iLO, iDRAC, firmware management)
- Security and identity management best practices

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Certified Professional certifications (Azure, Windows Server, Identity, or Security).
- VMware certifications.
- Terraform Associate certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification (Nice to have)
