About the Role We are looking for a confident, articulate and professionally presented Corporate Advisor – CXO Engagement to connect with senior decision-makers including CFOs, CEOs, Managing Directors, Promoters and Finance Heads of companies.

The primary responsibility of this role is to initiate high-quality conversations with corporate decision-makers, understand their financial requirements at a preliminary level, introduce our premium corporate financial solutions, and secure qualified meetings for the senior advisory/business team.

This is not a conventional tele calling role. The position requires professional communication, business understanding, persistence and the ability to confidently engage with C-level executives.

- Key Responsibilities Connect with CFOs, CEOs, MDs, Promoters and senior finance professionals over telephone and other professional communication channels.
- Introduce the company and its premium corporate financial solutions in a concise and skilled manner.
- Identify companies with potential funding, liquidity, growth capital or other corporate finance requirements.
- Generate interest and schedule qualified meetings between prospective corporate clients and the senior management/advisory team.
- Navigate receptionists, executive assistants and corporate offices professionally to reach relevant decision-makers.
- Conduct appropriate follow-ups with prospects without excessive or unprofessional calling.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and scheduled meetings in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the business team regarding meeting schedules and prospect requirements.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate prospects.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified CXO-level meetings, with emphasis on meeting quality rather than simply call volume.





Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who has:

- Excellent spoken English and Hindi communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with CFOs, CEOs, MDs and other senior executives.
- Strong telephone communication, persuasion and appointment-setting abilities.
- Professional etiquette and a mature communication style.
- Basic understanding of corporate finance, business loans, structured finance, investment banking or financial products would be an advantage.
- Ability to research companies and understand basic business requirements before approaching prospects.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented attitude while maintaining a premium and consultative approach.

Preferred Experience1–5 years of experience in any of the following areas would be preferred:

Corporate Finance | Business Loans | Investment Banking | NBFC/Banking | Wealth Management | B2B Financial Services | Corporate Sales | Lead Generation | CXO Appointment Setting | Business Development

Exceptional candidates with strong B2B communication skills may also be considered.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Performance will primarily be measured on:

- Number of qualified CXO conversations
- Number of qualified meetings scheduled
- Meeting attendance/conversion rate
- Quality and relevance of companies approached
- Follow-up effectiveness
- Conversion of meetings into genuine business opportunities

I wanted to understand whether this would be relevant for your organization and, if appropriate, arrange a brief discussion with our senior advisory team.”

We are looking for relationship builders and corporate communicators—not high-volume tele callers.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
