Admissions & Programme Coordinator

We are looking for someone to independently manage admissions and programme coordination for our skilled Acting Training Programme.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries through WhatsApp, calls and social media.
- Explain the programme, fees, schedule and admission process to prospective students.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into paid admissions.
- Schedule introductory sessions and studio visits.
- Manage registrations, payments and student records.
- Coordinate batches, class schedules and student communication.
- Manage collaborations and institutional pitches.
- Record and help maintain visibility on social media.
- Outreach on emails for B2B collaborations.
- Support in hiring freelancers and other team members when needed.
- Maintain admission reports and provide regular updates.

Ideal Candidate





- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with aspiring actors and young professionals.
- Good at sales, follow-ups and closing admissions.
- Organised, proactive and capable of working independently.
- Experience in admissions, education counselling, inside sales or customer relationship management preferred.

Position: Full-time
Location: D-mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, 6 Days a Week
Salary: ₹20,000-30,000 per month including incentives, depending on experience.

Higher proportionate pay for candidates who can drive admissions aggressively.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete admissions process rather than simply handle administrative tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
