Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and energetic Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage performance campaigns while coordinating creative execution and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.

* Drive customer acquisition, improve ROAS, and optimize CAC.

* Create campaign roadmaps and creative briefs, and coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers.

* Track campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and prepare actionable reports.

* Work on landing page improvements, user journeys, and CRO initiatives.

* Manage campaign timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Requirements

* Fresher to 4 years of relevant experience.

* Strong analytical ability and willingness to learn.

* Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Positive communication and ability to work under deadlines.

* Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Excel-based project tracking is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
