Minerva Group of Institutions is looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective students, providing course information and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Call and follow up with prospective students and parents regarding courses and admissions.

· Provide counselling and guidance about available programs.

· Maintain records of enquiries and follow-ups.

· Convert enquiries into admissions through proper counselling.

· Coordinate with the admission and academic departments.

· Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Eligibility:

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.

· Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office.

· Must have 1–2 years of relevant experience in Counselling preferably in Education and Student Admissions.
