Job Summary
We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage customer collections and recovery activities for our three-wheeler finance portfolio in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for timely EMI collection, customer follow-ups, field visits and achieving assigned collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to customers for EMI/payment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue and pending payments.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly and portfolio collection targets.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and ensure timely repayments.
- Identify and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate collection records and submit daily/periodic reports.
- Coordinate with the Branch/Collection Manager regarding difficult or overdue cases.
- Ensure qualified and respectful customer handling during collection activities.
- Support recovery efforts for delinquent accounts.
- Follow company policies, collection procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in collection/recovery.
- Experience in vehicle finance / NBFC / banking collections will be preferred.
- Experience in three-wheeler finance collection will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be comfortable with field work and customer visits.
- Knowledge of the Bhubaneswar local market will be preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
