Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Support & Store Operations Executive to handle customer enquiries, order processing, and day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product, order, payment, delivery, and return-related queries.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners to resolve order-related issues.

Store & Order Operations

- Process online and offline customer orders.
- Pick, check, pack, and dispatch products accurately.
- Maintain stock and inventory records.
- Receive and organize products in the store.




- Coordinate with courier and shipping partners for order pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure proper product handling, packaging, and store organization.

Other Responsibilities

- Update customer and order details in the system.
- Maintain daily order, stock, and operational records.
- Assist with other store and e-commerce activities as required.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, store operations, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in e-commerce order processing or inventory management will be an added advantage.
