We build and provide practical healthcare solutions for gynecologists, hospitals, fertility clinics, IUI clinics, IVF centers, and andrology laboratories .
Our solutions include products such as AndroWash , along with solutions that help healthcare providers set up, improve, and expand fertility-care services.
We are now expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Executive – Fertility Equipment who can build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and drive business growth.
About the Role

You will work directly with gynecologists, IVF specialists, doctors, hospital owners, fertility clinic owners, laboratory professionals, and medical distributors .
This is not a traditional field sales role where your responsibility ends with visiting customers. You will be responsible for understanding the customer's requirement, presenting the right solution, conducting product demonstrations, managing follow-ups, handling objections, and taking ownership of opportunities from first meeting to final closure .
You don't need to know everything about fertility equipment on Day 1. We will train you on our products, applications, sales process, and customer segment. We are primarily looking for the right attitude, communication ability, willingness to travel, learning mindset, discipline, and ownership.

- Meet gynecologists, IVF specialists, andrology professionals, hospital owners, and administrators.
- Understand existing processes, challenges, infrastructure, and expansion plans.
- Build long-term professional relationships with customers.
3. Understand Customer Requirements
You will learn to ask the right questions before recommending a solution:
- What services does the clinic currently provide?
- What equipment or process is currently being used?
- What problem or limitation are they experiencing?
- Are they planning to start or expand IUI/IVF or fertility services?
- Who is involved in the purchase decision?
- What is their expected implementation or purchase timeline?
Your job is not simply to sell a product. Your job is to understand the requirement and recommend the appropriate solution.

You will be trained on SUBHAG's fertility equipment and solutions and will conduct product presentations and demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
- Explain product features and applications
- Demonstrate how the equipment works
- Explain practical benefits and workflow improvements
- Answer customer questions

- Understand the reason behind customer objections
- Explain product value clearly
- Handle pricing-related discussions professionally
