Position: Guest Relations Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Monitor guest experiences and identify areas for service improvement.
- Maintain positive communication with guests and team members.
- Handle special guest requirements and VIP guests.
- Prepare and maintain guest feedback and service reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with different departments.
- Previous experience in hospitality, resorts, amusement parks, or guest relations is preferred.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Malayalam is an advantage.
Experience: Relevant experience preferred.
