We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Billing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, managing, and reviewing bills of quantities for interior fit-out and construction projects. You’ll work closely with site engineers, contractors, and the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of client and subcontractor bills (RA Bills, Final Bills)
- Measurement and verification of works at site
- Preparation and review of BOQ as per drawings and site conditions
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for daily work updates
- Rate analysis and estimation of interior works (civil, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Certification of subcontractor bills
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards




- Maintain billing records and generate reports for management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in billing/estimation in interior or fit-out projects
- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software
- Understanding of interior design/construction processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in commercial or residential interior projects
- Familiarity with ERP billing systems

Pay: ₹282,371.07 - ₹420,000.00 per year
