Google Business Profile & Digital Presence Specialist – Project-Based

What You'll Do

- Set up and configure Google Business Profiles based on client requirements
- Add and update accurate business information including business name, category, address, contact details and business hours
- Add or update the client's website, business description and other relevant profile information
- Upload and update approved business logo and Google Business Profile banner
- Ensure the Google Business Profile is complete, accurate and professionally presented
- Coordinate with clients to collect missing or required business information
- Assist clients with the basic Google Business Profile verification/setup process
- Identify incomplete or inconsistent information before final submission
- Make basic corrections based on client or SOLWICE feedback
- Deliver completed profile setup within agreed timelines

Educational Qualification

- Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration,



Communications or a related field preferred
- Relevant certification or equivalent practical experience will also be considered

Skills & Requirements

- Practical experience with Google Business Profile
- Understanding of business profile setup and local digital presence
- Ability to accurately enter and organize business information
- Good understanding of business categories, locations, contact details and profile information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and client coordination skills
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Practical Assessment

Shortlisted candidates may be given a brief-based practical Google Business Profile setup task using sample business information.
