About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to connect with prospective learners, explain our courses and convert leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective learners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course advantages and handle sales objections.
- Convert interested leads into enrollments.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, EdTech Sales or Admission Counselling.
- Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales and target-handling experience.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.




- Comfortable working from our Kolkata office in a day shift.
