Job Summary

Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced PLC Programmer with hands-on expertise in SPM (Special Purpose Machine) development, machine building, industrial automation, and motion control systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs for SPM machines and automated systems.
- Design machine control logic, sequences, interlocks, and automation processes.
- Integrate PLCs with servo drives, VFDs, motion controllers, sensors, and robotic systems.
- Handle machine development, programming, testing, debugging, and commissioning.
- Perform servo tuning, synchronization, and motion-control applications.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, drive, and machine-control issues.
- Support machine installation, upgrades, and performance improvements.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Mandatory:



Hands-on experience in SPM machine development and machine building.
- Robust knowledge of PLC programming: Ladder Logic (LD), Structured Text (ST), and Function Block Diagram (FBD).
- Experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, ABB, Schneider, Keyence, or Delta PLCs.
- Knowledge of HMI, SCADA, servo drives, VFDs, and motion controllers.
- Programming knowledge in C, C++, and Python.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus TCP.
- Experience in machine debugging, electrical integration, and commissioning.
- Ability to independently develop and troubleshoot PLC-controlled machines.
