About the role
Synlumex AI is a growing B2B SaaS company with live, subscription-based products. We’re looking for motivated students to join our business development team and learn real B2B sales from the ground up. You’ll find business owners on Instagram and Facebook, start conversations, and book product demos for our team. No sales experience is needed. We’ll train you, give you scripts and guidance, and you’ll work on real accounts in the US market.

What you’ll learn

- How B2B sales and lead generation work at a SaaS company
- Social selling on Instagram and Facebook
- Writing outreach messages that actually get replies
- How to handle objections and follow up
- How to track a sales pipeline

Responsibilities

- Find potential clients (metal fabrication, HVAC and millwork businesses in the USA) on Instagram and Facebook
- Send outreach messages and follow up using our guidelines and templates
- Start conversations with business owners and understand their needs
- Book product demos for the Synlumex AI team
- Keep a simple daily record of leads, replies and booked demos




- Share feedback on what you’re hearing from the market

Who can apply

- Anyone currently pursuing a degree, diploma or any other course (any stream, any year)
- Good written English
- Comfortable using Instagram and Facebook
- Confident, curious and willing to message new people
- Able to give 2-3 hours a day, consistently
- Interest in sales, marketing or business growth
