About Us
Flawless Skin & Hair Serenity Clinic is a premium skin and hair care clinic offering advanced aesthetic treatments and personalised skincare solutions. We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic and target-oriented Cosmetologist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in skin treatments, excellent client-handling skills and a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Skin & Aesthetic Treatments
- Perform medicated and advanced facials.
- Knowledge and experience in PRP, GFC, Dermapen, Microneedling and HIFU treatments.
- Knowledge of IV Drip Therapy.
- Ensure proper treatment protocols, hygiene and safety standards.
- Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions.
Medical procedures must be performed only by appropriately qualified and authorised professionals.
2. Client Consultation & Servicing
- Understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatments.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits and expected outcomes.
- Ensure excellent client experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain client records, treatment histories and follow-ups.
- Build long-term relationships and encourage client retention.
3. Sales, Upselling & Revenue Generation
- Recommend suitable skin and hair treatments to clients.
- Upsell premium treatments, add-on services and combination packages.
- Promote clinic packages, memberships and skincare products.
- Convert enquiries and consultations into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with clients for repeat treatments and package renewals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to clinic revenue.
- Generate repeat business through client satisfaction and referrals.
4. Clinic Operations
- Maintain hygiene, sterilisation and infection-control protocols.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment.
- Coordinate with the dermatologist, medical team and front desk.
- Maintain treatment room readiness and inventory.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Cosmetology, Aesthetic Cosmetology or a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a skin clinic or aesthetic centre preferred.
- Knowledge of advanced skin treatments and skincare products.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong sales, upselling and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Well-groomed, confident and enthusiastic.
