We are looking for passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Interior Designers with 0–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in residential interior design, proficiency in design software, and the ability to take ownership of design tasks while collaborating with senior designers, clients, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, and lifestyle needs.
- Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Prepare detailed space plans, furniture layouts, lighting plans, and material selections.
- Use design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape to develop and present design concepts.
- Conduct design walkthroughs, incorporate client feedback, and obtain design approvals.
- Source and specify materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor implementation and maintain design quality.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 0–3 years of experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar interior design software.
- Solid creativity, visualization, and space-planning skills.
- Good understanding of materials,



furniture, lighting, and interior finishes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
