KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. CUSTOMER CONSULTATION & STYLING

Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasion, budget, and personal style.

Recommend suitable outfits, designers, colours, fabrics, and styles.

Provide personalized styling suggestions for weddings, parties, festive occasions, and other events.

Help customers create complete looks, including outfits and accessories.

2. SALES & TARGET ACHIEVEMENT

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Actively engage customers and convert enquiries into sales.

Promote new collections, designer products, and high-value merchandise.

Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and VIP customers.

3. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

Maintain excellent knowledge of all designers, collections, fabrics, fits, sizes, prices, and product features.

Stay updated on new arrivals and current fashion trends.

Explain product details and designer stories confidently to customers.

Ensure customers receive accurate product information.

4. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Welcome and assist customers professionally.

Provide a personalized and premium shopping experience.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns effectively.

Follow up with customers regarding recent arrivals, appointments, alterations, and pending requirements.

Develop long-term relationships with customers.

5. STORE & PRODUCT PRESENTATION

Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and maintained.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.





Coordinate with the Floor Manager regarding product availability and customer requirements.

Ensure trial rooms and customer areas are maintained to premium standards.

6. CUSTOMER DATABASE & FOLLOW-UP

Maintain customer profiles and purchase history.

Generate repeat business through regular customer follow-ups.

Inform customers about new collections, events, launches, and special appointments.

Maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-value customers.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
