We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage daily store operations, maintain inventory records, handle material inward and outward activities, and ensure proper storage and availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Handle material inward and outward activities and maintain proper records.
- Check received materials against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory regularly.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock items.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Packing, and Dispatch departments for material requirements.
- Ensure materials are issued to the concerned departments as per requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation of stock movement and inventory transactions.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and materials are stored safely.
- Identify damaged, missing,



or excess materials and report them to management.
- Follow company procedures for inventory control and material handling.
- Prepare daily stock updates and reports whenever required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach.

Experience Required

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in store management, inventory management, or material handling.

Salary Range

₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month
