We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Automobile Sales Trainer with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (mandatory) and good knowledge of the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train and develop sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
- Improve team performance in enquiry generation, test drives, bookings, and retail sales.
- Conduct regular training sessions, role plays, and performance reviews.
- Ensure strong knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, competitor models, and the latest industry trends.
- Monitor individual performance and provide coaching to achieve sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales training or automobile sales (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of the automobile industry and vehicle products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
- Result-oriented approach with a passion for developing sales teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
