1-7 yrs of experience in insurance sales/BFSI (direct sales preferred)

Good communication, convencing & negotiation skills.

**Job Requirements **

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Relevant experience in insurance sales, BFSI, banking or relationship management preferred.

- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to convert leads into sales and achieve monthly business targets.

- Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable working with company-provided leads and following up with prospective customers.

- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn insurance products.

- Immediate joiners may be preferred, subject to the employer's criteria.

**Company Support:** 40 active leads, subject to confirmation of the lead allocation terms.

6000/- monthly allowance (fixed) other than salary+ incentives.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
