About ABHOI
ABHOI is a cloud-based Pathology Laboratory and OPD Management Software designed to simplify diagnostic laboratory operations through technology.
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales / Business Development Executives to join our growing team and help expand ABHOI across India.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with pathology laboratories, diagnostic centres and healthcare professionals.
- Promote and explain ABHOI software features and benefits to potential customers.
- Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales activity reports.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the team.
Compensation Structure
First 6 Months – Incentive-Based Period
- The initial six months will be an incentive-based engagement period.
- Candidates will earn incentives for every successful software sale according to the company's incentive structure.
- There will be no fixed monthly salary during this initial period.
- Performance, sales results, communication skills and overall contribution will be evaluated.
After 6 Months – Full time Employment Opportunity
- Candidates demonstrating satisfactory performance may be considered for confirmation as regular full-time employees.
- Upon confirmation, candidates will receive a fixed monthly salary along with applicable sales incentives as per company policy.
- Salary and employment terms will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

- Knowledge of pathology laboratories or healthcare software will be an advantage.
