Job Description

Abhiman Interiors & Turnkey Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our residential, commercial, and institutional interior fit-out and turnkey projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, project planning, site management, and coordination skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and manage multiple interior and turnkey projects.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and management.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and availability of manpower.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and daily site progress.
- Review drawings, BOQs, measurements, and project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.




- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Manage project handover, snag rectification, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior fit-out or construction.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, site execution, and finishing works.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
