- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up with existing customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and maintain customer databases.
- Follow up with interested customers from India Mart or other sources and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain daily call reports and update customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling or customer service.
- Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and decision-making skill
