Role Overview We are seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager based at our Thodupuzha location to oversee end-to-end HR operations for our restaurant and catering staff. This role collaborates closely with operations and management teams to support staffing needs, improve employee retention, foster a positive workplace culture, and align HR practices with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities * Workforce Planning & Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding processes for front-of-house, kitchen, and catering staff. * HR Operations & Policy Management: Implement HR policies, maintain company procedures, and manage comprehensive employee records.

* Attendance & Payroll Coordination: Manage attendance tracking, coordinate payroll inputs,



and utilize basic HR analytics to support management decision-making. * Training & Development: Design and coordinate training programs for front-of-house, kitchen, and catering teams to maintain high benchmarks of service excellence and hygiene standards. * Employee Relations & Performance: Address employee relations issues, manage conflict resolution, support performance reviews, and promote a positive workplace culture. * Statutory Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and health and safety standards relevant to the food and beverage and hospitality industry.

Qualifications & Skills * Strong HR operational skills across recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and policy implementation. * Hands-on experience with attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and basic HR analytics. * Working knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and health and safety standards within the hospitality or food and beverage sector. * Proven skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management support. * Ability to design and lead staff training initiatives focused on customer service and kitchen hygiene. * Proficient communication skills in English and local languages to liaise effectively with management, staff, and external partners. * Robust organizational and time management abilities, with high attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. Education & Experience Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Required). * Experience: 2+ years of HR experience in the restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry (Highly Preferred).
