We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and build solid client relationships in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert new leads.
- Develop client relationships and handle negotiations.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Achieve business and sales targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Construction/PEB/Steel industry experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
