We are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage all quantity surveying activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, excellent cost management skills, and hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and vendor billing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare MEP BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Review and verify contractor/vendor bills, measurements, and certifications.
- Conduct rate analysis, cost comparison sheets, and support procurement in finalizing vendors.
- Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, and site teams for accurate quantity measurements.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage control, and cost variance.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial evaluations.
- Maintain updated records of drawings, variations, and MEP-related cost impacts.
- Identify and evaluate change orders / variations and prepare corresponding documentation.
- Participate in site inspections to verify executed works and ensure alignment with project standards.
- Provide inputs for budget planning, billing schedules, and project cost reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards for MEP works.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in MEP Quantity Surveying within the construction/real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of MEP estimation, BOQ, quantity take-off, billing, rate analysis, and cost control.
- Good understanding of MEP drawings and specifications.
- Experience in handling subcontractors, vendors, variations, and final accounts.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel and other relevant QS/estimation software.
- Good analytical, negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
- Candidates with experience in residential/commercial high-rise projects will be preferred.
