About the Role

AI5 Academy is looking for an experienced Project & Program Management Trainer with strong practical knowledge of Generative AI.

The trainer will conduct practical sessions for Project Managers, Program Managers, PMO professionals, Delivery Managers, Team Leads and working professionals who want to use AI in day-to-day project planning, monitoring, reporting, communication and decision-making.

This is not a programming-focused role. We are looking for someone who understands project and program management deeply and can demonstrate how tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Excel and PowerPoint can be used in real project environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live training for Project Managers, Program Managers and PMO professionals.
- Demonstrate practical AI use across the complete project lifecycle.
- Teach participants how AI can assist with:
- Project planning
- Scope definition
- Work breakdown
- Scheduling
- Resource planning
- Risk identification
- RAID logs
- Issue tracking
- Project reporting
- Status updates
- Meeting summaries
- Action-item tracking
- Stakeholder communication
- Steering committee updates
- Decision papers
- Program and portfolio reviews
- Show participants how to use AI without losing human control over project decisions.
- Create practical assignments, case studies and project-management simulations.
- Review participant work and provide practical feedback.
- Customise examples for different industries and project environments.
- Keep training material current with changes in Generative AI and project-management tools.

Candidates with any of the following will be preferred:

- MBA or management qualification

Certifications are preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has strong practical project-management experience.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

- Managed real projects or programs.
- Worked in PMO or delivery-management roles.
- Conducted corporate or professional training.
- Used AI for project documentation, reporting or planning.
- Worked with senior stakeholders or management teams.
- Managed cross-functional teams.
- Worked in IT, consulting, technology, digital,



operations or service-based organisations.

What We Do Not Want

This role may not be suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to:

- Project-management theory only
- Academic teaching without real project experience
- Generic AI prompting without project-management knowledge
- Python or Machine Learning training without business project exposure
- Software tool training without understanding project governance

We need someone who can connect AI with real project-management work.

Training Style

The sessions should be practical and application-driven.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per week
