Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Focused Run (FRUN) Consultant to implement, configure, and operate centralized monitoring solutions across SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, and interfaces. The role focuses on system stability, proactive monitoring, alert management, and early issue detection.

Key Responsibilities

Perform SAP FRUN setup and Managed System Configuration for ABAP, Java, and HANA systems.

Maintain LMDB/SLD synchronization and manage system onboarding.

Configure and manage:

System Monitoring: Host, database, and application monitoring.

Integration Monitoring: RFC, IDoc, PI/PO, and CPI.

Exception Monitoring: Dumps, logs, and system errors.

Job Monitoring: Critical background jobs.

Define alert thresholds, notifications, and escalation models.

Integrate monitoring alerts with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and performance monitoring.

Develop monitoring templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),



and operational runbooks.

Support go-live, hypercare, and steady-state operations.

Collaborate with BASIS, Infrastructure, Database, and Functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in SAP Focused Run (FRUN).

Hands-on experience with FRUN setup and Managed System Configuration.

Knowledge of ABAP, Java, and HANA system monitoring.

Experience with LMDB/SLD synchronization and system onboarding.

Practical knowledge of system, integration, exception, and job monitoring.

Experience configuring alerts, notifications, and escalation mechanisms.

Familiarity with ITSM integration, preferably ServiceNow.

Experience in performance monitoring, incident management, and RCA.

Ability to create monitoring documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

Understanding of SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, and interfaces.

Pay: Up to ₹1,450,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
