Site Engineer :- A Site Engineer is Responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, project specification, quality standards, safety regulations, and Project schedules.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.

2. Read and interpret civil drawings, struvtural drawings, and technical specifications.

3. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.

4. Ensure construction work meets quality standards and project requirements.

5. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.

6. Check Measurements, quantities, and material requirements.

7. Prepare daily Progress reports and maintain site documentation.

8. Ensure Compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

9. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants.

10. Identify site issuesand resolve technical problems.

11. Monitor the use of construction materials and minimze wastage.

12. Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with approved plans.

Required Skills :-

1. Technical Knowledge of construction and civil engineering.

2.



Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

3. Site supervision and team management.

4. Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.

5. Communication and coordination skills.

6. Problem-Solving and decision-making.

7. Time management and planning.

8. Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and AutoCAD.

9. Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and quantity surveying.

Qualifications :-

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in civil Engineering.

2. Relevant site experience in Construction projects is preferred.

3. knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
