About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investment Operations professional to manage and oversee investment-related operational activities, financial reporting, portfolio monitoring and investment transactions.

The ideal candidate should possess a robust financial and analytical background, preferably with a CA or CFA qualification, and experience working in investment management, financial services or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day investment operations and ensure smooth execution of investment-related activities.

* Monitor investment portfolios, transactions and fund operations.

* Oversee trade processing, settlements, reconciliations and transaction monitoring.

* Prepare and review investment reports, portfolio performance reports and financial statements.

* Ensure accuracy of investment records, financial data and operational documentation.

* Coordinate with fund managers, brokers, custodians, banks and other financial institutions.

* Monitor cash flows, fund movements and investment positions.

* Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements and compliance standards.





* Identify operational risks and implement process improvements.

* Support investment analysis, portfolio reporting and management decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA preferred.

* 5–10 years of relevant experience in Investment Operations, Fund Operations, Portfolio Operations or Financial Services.

* Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products and portfolio management.

* Experience in investment reconciliation, trade settlements, financial reporting and portfolio monitoring.

* Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation: 13–18 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
