Hiring: Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and well-presented candidate for a Business Development role. The candidate will visit colleges, interact with college management and students, present our systems and projects, conduct sessions and activities, and convert interested colleges into successful business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges and connect with college management, placement cells, faculty members, and students.
- Pitch the company's systems, services, and projects professionally.
- Explain project opportunities, student activities, workshops, and training sessions.
- Conduct presentations, interactive sessions, and college activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges.




- Follow up with interested colleges and decision-makers.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into successful closures.
- Achieve business development and conversion targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
- Strong pitching, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to engage an audience and conduct sessions.
- Willingness to travel to colleges for meetings and presentations.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on business closure.

Preferred Candidate

A confident and enthusiastic candidate who enjoys public speaking, interacting with people, presenting ideas, building relationships, and converting opportunities into business.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
