Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

- Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, appointments, and registration.

- Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.

- Assist patients with admissions, appointments, and other hospital procedures.

- Maintain patient records and ensure proper communication.

- Help resolve patient concerns and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.

Skills Required

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patient-friendly attitude and a service-oriented approach.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
