About RR Tech Solutions

RR Tech Solutions provides technical services and maintenance solutions in critical power systems, UPS solutions, data center infrastructure, HVAC/PAC systems, electrical works, and facility management.

We are looking for an experienced UPS Service Technician to join our technical service team and support customer installations and maintenance requirements.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform UPS installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Diagnose UPS faults, alarms, and backup-related issues.
- Inspect, test, and maintain UPS batteries and associated components.
- Attend breakdown service calls at customer sites.
- Prepare service reports and preventive maintenance checklists.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer complaints.
- Travel to customer locations across Kolkata and other parts of India as required.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

- ITI qualification is mandatory in Electrician, Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical trade.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in UPS servicing,



maintenance, or repair.
- Practical knowledge of UPS troubleshooting and battery systems.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across Kolkata and pan-India.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and attend field service calls.

Please note: Candidates without prior UPS field servicing experience are not eligible. A bachelor's degree, B.Tech, or diploma is neither required nor a substitute for the mandatory ITI qualification and relevant UPS experience.
