1. Dealer Recruitment and Management: Identify, recruit, and manage a network of dealers to achieve sales targets and expand market coverage.

2. Dealer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing training, support, and incentives to ensure dealer loyalty and performance.

3. Sales Target Achievement: Work with dealers to achieve sales targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.

4. Dealer Network Development: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for dealer network growth and development.

5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to dealers on products, sales techniques, and marketing initiatives to enhance their sales performance.

6. Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and issues with dealers, ensuring prompt and effective solutions that maintain positive relationships.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on dealer performance, sales trends, and market analysis to inform business decisions.





8. Develop and maintain relationships with Influencers like a builders, architects, contractors, Painters and other stakeholders in the construction & Paint industry.

9. Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase product features and perks.

10. Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and technical developments.

13. Can work in Online Tracking System and utilise the same for the Reporting , Market update & betterment of Assigned territory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- sales, mktg, or buss dev in paint industry: 5 years (Preferred)
