- Key Functions and Responsibilities *********
- Staff Supervision & Scheduling
- Create daily work schedules, shift rosters, and break times.
- Assign specific cleaning and maintenance tasks to room attendants and housemen.
- Monitor attendance, timecards, and daily performance on the floor
- Quality Control & Inspections
- Conduct routine spot-checks and thorough inspections of guest rooms, lobbies, corridors, and banquet halls.
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleanliness, sanitization, and presentation.
