- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
- Master’s Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR) preferred for mid-to-senior roles.
- Specialized certifications add value:
- SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP
- CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development)
- Diploma in Labor Laws & Industrial Relations (for compliance-heavy roles in India).

Qualified Experience

- 2–5 years of progressive HR experience for mid-level HR Manager roles.
- 2–3 years for senior HR Manager positions, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Proven track record in:
- Recruitment & talent acquisition
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Policy drafting and compliance management
- Performance management systems
- HR analytics and technology adoption

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
