*Fit-Out Executive* with 2+ years of work experience required at a *reputed real estate organisation* located in *Mumbai.*

*Candidates with experience in commercial / residential fit-out projects will be preferred.*

*JD:*

* *Manage and supervise interior fit-out activities* at project sites.

* Coordinate with *contractors, subcontractors, vendors,* and consultants.

* Monitor *civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC,* and interior finishing works.

* Review *drawings, BOQs, and project specifications* before execution.

* Ensure *quality standards, safety compliance,* and timely project completion.

* Conduct *site inspections, snagging,* and defect rectification.

* Prepare *daily progress reports* and coordinate project handovers.





*Salary - Rs 45,000 per month* (can be increased slightly for a suitable candidate).
