Job Description

Jaynix Engineering is looking for a Quality Inspector to inspect aluminium machined components and ensure product quality as per engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform in-process and final inspection of machined components.
- Use Vernier Caliper, Vernier Height Gauge, and Go/No-Go Gauges.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Identify defects and segregate rejected components.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues.
- Follow 5S, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in quality inspection or machining.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and basic engineering drawings.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
