About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our team at varios locations in bangalore.

The role involves working primarily with patients requiring musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, strengthening and functional rehabilitation. A strong orientation towards exercise-based therapy is essential.

This is an opportunity for a physiotherapist who wants to build solid clinical skills while working closely with patients and delivering outcome-oriented rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct physiotherapy assessments and identify appropriate treatment goals.
Deliver physiotherapy interventions for MSK conditions and pain management.
Design and implement individualized exercise and strengthening programs.
Work on functional rehabilitation and improving patients' mobility and physical capacity.
Educate patients regarding exercises, posture, activity modification and self-management.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and follow professional standards.
Build good rapport with patients through clear communication and a positive attitude.
Undertake home visits as required.
What We’re Looking For

Qualification

BPT / MPT from a recognized institution.
MPT candidates with relevant clinical expertise may be considered for a higher compensation package.

Experience





Prior experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Freshers with good clinical fundamentals and the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Essential Skills

Good understanding of basic physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
Strong fundamentals in MSK physiotherapy and exercise therapy.
Good exercise prescription and demonstration skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient-friendly approach and professional conduct.
Willingness to learn and develop clinically.
Exercise orientation is a must.
Compensation
BPT: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000/month + home visits as required
MPT: ₹30,000/month + home visits as required
Higher compensation may be considered for a particularly suitable MPT candidate.
Working Schedule

Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly off

Once a month, a training/workshop may be conducted on Sunday.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who combines sound physiotherapy fundamentals, a willingness to learn, good communication and a positive attitude. Candidates from a decent/reputed physiotherapy college with strong basic clinical skills will be preferred.
