G-TEC Education is a leading educational institution providing computer education, IT training, and various skill development courses. We operate 18 centres across Kollam District, focusing on delivering quality education and career-oriented training.
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Area Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the operations of our centres across Kollam District.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the daily operations of all 18 G-TEC centres across Kollam District.
- Motivate and support centre directors and staff to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Monitor student admissions, fee collections, and overall centre performance.
- Conduct regular monthly visits to all assigned centres to review performance and operational activities.
- Ensure timely fee collection and follow up with centres regarding pending payments.
- Develop strategies to improve student admissions, revenue generation, and centre performance.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with centre directors.
- Identify operational challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Any Graduate (Degree in any discipline).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Kollam District for centre visits.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
