Job Title: Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing firm. This is a standalone role where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, from bookkeeping to financial reporting. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial health of the organization by maintaining accurate records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Monitor cash flow, prepare budgets, and forecast financial performance
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of taxes (VAT, Income Tax, etc.)
- Assist with audits and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement financial procedures and controls to ensure the integrity of accounting data
- Maintain records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions




- Provide regular financial updates and analysis to management

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally ,Tally-Prime and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of [industry-specific financials, if applicable] is a plus
- [Optional: Professional certification, e.g., CPA, is a plus]
