Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls and follow-ups for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining project details, generating interest, and converting leads into site visits and potential sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided lead database.
- Introduce and explain real estate projects, including location, pricing, amenities, specifications, and investment benefits.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, plot/property size, and purpose of purchase.
- Generate interest and qualify leads based on customer requirements.
- Follow up regularly with interested and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for interested leads and customer requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer responses, follow-ups, and site-visit status.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate project information.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers until the site visit or next stage of the sales process.




- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and site-visit targets.
- Build valuable customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of Tamil and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Good listening, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Ability to handle customer objections and generate interest.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.
- Previous experience in real estate telecalling, sales, customer support, or telesales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
