We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Faculty / Human Resource Trainer to train students in Human Resource Management and related HR practices. Freshers with good HR knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on Human Resource Management topics.
- Teach recruitment and selection, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
- Explain labour laws, EPF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Provide practical training on HR documentation and recruitment tools.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assignments.
- Guide students in interview preparation and career development.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valuable knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRMS and recruitment platforms.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Previous training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
