About us

We are PGSPACE, a software company in Ahmedabad. Our products are Mo6o Booking Management, for salons, clinics and other appointment-based businesses, and Mo6o AMC & Service Call Management, for AC, RO and appliance service companies. We are also building a network of partners who sell both across India. We are an early-stage team, so you will have real ownership and work closely with the founder.

About the role

This is a solo marketing role. You will be the only person handling marketing, so you will do the work yourself, from planning to publishing.

What you will do

- Plan and run our marketing across Instagram, Facebook and other platforms, from idea to execution
- Create all our content yourself: shoot and edit Reels, design posts and creatives, and write captions and scripts
- Create separate campaigns for each product and its audience
- Run and optimise Meta ad campaigns and track what is working
- Manage our social media accounts, including replying to comments and messages
- Build and run lead funnels, including WhatsApp follow-up, and hand qualified leads to the sales side
- Come up with new campaign ideas regularly, test them,



and keep or drop them based on results
- Research competitors, trends and new marketing channels
- Support our partner programme with promotional material and communication
- Share a short weekly report on reach, leads and cost per lead

Major posts, campaigns and ad spend are approved by the founder before going live.

What we are looking for

- Fresher or 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital or social media marketing
- Live accounts or campaigns you have run that you can show us
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Able to edit short videos (CapCut, Canva or similar) and design straightforward creatives yourself
- Solid writing in Hindi, Gujarati and English
- Good at tracking numbers and explaining what they mean
- Self-driven, with ideas of your own, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup

Positive to have

- Experience marketing to small businesses or B2B software
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing or lead follow-up flows

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
